1. User Education:

Providing training to the users, normally freshers, about the various services and resources of the library. It includes circulation policy, how to search and retrieve a document in OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) and accessing databases and other Open Educational Resources etc.

2. Loan Service:

Loan service or document/information delivery service is the heart of every library. Users can take the book for home reading.

3. Reference Service:

It’s also an important service. Since the rare and costly books are keeping for reference only, users are not allowed to take the books for home reading. Theses, various reports and other intellectual repositories of the college are for reference only. 

4. Digital Library:

A total of twenty computers are set for the digital library. The students can browse the paid and open access e-resources from the digital library. D Space and Calibre software is using for the institutional repository management. A gist of current affairs, students’ projects, question papers also can access remotely. 

5. Alerting services:

It’s an email alert service to all the users about the new arrivals of the library, their check out and check in reports, reminders on due dates etc.

6. Career Corner:

Library offers a career corner for the students who prepare for the competitive exams.
 

7. Bound Volumes and Question Papers:

Journals and question papers are bounded and kept for student’s reference and research purposes.

Library handles plagiarism checking P.G. and U.G student projects, papers presented for conference/ workshop, abstracts through Plagiarism Checker X software. The students, research scholars and staff members need to submit the application form endorsed by the respective supervisors/HODs.

18. Information Literacy programmes:

Library celebrates many literary events and conducts programmes like training on reference management software, publication ethics, literature review writing.

19. Feedback and Book Recommendation Forms:

A feedback form has been provided on the library site for the reader to rate the library activities and give suggestions and comments. Also there is a google form to suggest books and journals to the library.
